Hi I was wondering whoever knows japanese can you pleassssseee translate this article for me? I'll be eternally grateful. I wanna know about Hyde's new baby. (Megumi gave birth on Nov. 11th.) So Pleasssssseeee?

Hyde, vocalist of the popular rock band L'Arc en Ciel (pronounced "ha-i-do", age not officially announced [ed:huh?]), and talent (wife's name here) (age 30), had their first child 6 days ago. The record company with which Laruku is affiliated made the announcement of the Nov. 11 birthdate, and that mother and child are both doing well. However, there hasn't been an official announcement of all the details, like the child's birth weight and gender.

The two met in October 1998, at the launch of Laruku's nationwide tour, and immediately hit it off. (Wife's name) also made her vocal debut from the same record company that Laruku works with, and [she said that she was?] charmed by the strength of hyde's musical talent. They were married in December 2000 near Christmas [literally it says "they entered the family register" but I assume that means "married"]. Just before that, "the loss of premarital sex" [w t f???] had become a topic [of conversation].

I don't know what culturally that last couple of sentences is getting at, but that's what the words get at. The parts in [] are me scratching my head.

Just for kicks and giggles, compare that to what you get out of Babelfish:

Actually that's not the LEAST intelligible Babelfish rendition I've seen... ^^;;; but it goes to show you why I believe machines should never be let loose with translation licenses...
